No. Exitly charges a flat listing fee only. We do not take a percentage of your sale price, charge a success fee, or have any financial interest in the outcome of your transaction.
Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Premium or Featured at any time by paying the difference. Your listing history and enquiries are preserved when you upgrade.
You can renew any listing at the original plan price. If you are actively in negotiation when your listing expires, contact our support team - we will extend it at no charge while you are in a live deal.
