Terms of Service
Terms for using Exitly
By creating an account or using Exitly, you agree to these marketplace terms.
Marketplace role
Exitly provides software and marketplace tools for buyers, sellers, and brokers. We do not guarantee that a transaction will complete and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Listing and enquiry standards
Sellers and brokers must only publish information they are entitled to share. Buyers must use enquiry tools responsibly and may not misuse confidential business information.
Verification and suspension
We may verify identity, business ownership, or authority to act on behalf of a business. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create security risks.
Fees and future services
Some Exitly services are free at launch, while others may be paid. Any paid features, billing terms, and renewal rules will be presented before purchase.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exitly is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
